Springwater is a small community in the Rural Municipality of Biggar No. 347. It sits south of Lydden Lake, west of Springwater Lake and southeast of Sunny Lake. It held village status until December 31, 2006, and is now a special service area within the rural municipality.
The community is also known as the place where the Springwater Meteorite was found in 1931, near Springwater.
